Terms and Conditions

1. By taking part in this campaign, all persons participating agree to be bound by these campaign terms and conditions as well as FABMISR Master Credit Card Terms and Conditions available on www.fabmisr.com.

2. The campaign is valid for any credit cards newly issued from 19th of January 2025 till 18th of March 2025

3. The campaign offers free flight vouchers for the participants who meet the campaign criteria as described herein

4. In order to qualify for the free flight offer, the participants must:

- Have a new FABMISR Credit Card issued during the campaign period in any of the eligible cards’ types

- Participants must, within 60 days from the issuance date of the eligible card, meet the minimum required spend amount “Eligible Spend” as described below according to each card type in order to get the offer as per the number of free flight vouchers specified in the following table

5. FABMISR eligible cards are Mastercard World Elite, Platinum, Titanium, Shine or Murabaha

6. Eligible spend is purchase transactions domestically or internationally including Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions (online)

7. Cash withdrawal, ATM, deposits, reversed, declined, wallet loads, business and suspected of misuse transactions are excluded from the eligible spend 

8. Only primary cardholders are entitled to get the offer while supplementary cardholders are excluded

9. Supplementary cardholders’ eligible spend is considered part of the primary cardholders’ eligible spend

10. Cardholders can only win once during the campaign period

11. Upon meeting the campaign criteria, eligible credit cardholders shall automatically receive a personalized voucher code via SMS on their registered mobile number at the bank to use it to book the free flight

12. Cardholders should ensure their mobile numbers are updated at the bank’s records at all times. In case the mobile number is not updated, the cardholder may be eliminated from getting the offer with no liability on the bank whatsoever

13. In case of entitlement to the offer, the cardholder shall receive the SMS within the first 15 days of the month following the month of the elapse of the 60 days required to meet the required minimum eligible spend amount

14. Upon receiving the voucher, the winners shall logon to the relevant campaign travel portal using their unique voucher code as a log in code

15. The voucher code shall be valid for 30 days from the date received by the winner

16. Winners must select their departure airport and choose three possible destination cities from the below list of destinations and select three possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The proposed dates shall be in different months and at least 30 days apart. 

17. The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures

18. The earliest travel date a cardholder should select must be 45 days from the date of their application

19. The travel agency will validate the cardholder’s application against all submitted names and emails within seven days and will send a link to the cardholders to complete their application. The cardholder will upload their passport/and/ or any necessary travel documents and a copy of their free flight voucher PDF (received via the SMS) within 48 hours. If not, voucher will not be valid for use.

20. The travel agency will, within fourteen days after receiving cardholder’s documents, offer the cardholder a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the three travel dates chosen by the cardholder. The cardholder shall not be entitled to request a particular carrier, route, or other specific travel date. Participant should accept/reject the received offer within 48 hours

21. The e-vouchers may not be utilized in conjunction with other travel vouchers. Each free flight voucher is limited to single use only and cardholders may not make any group bookings using the e-vouchers provided. Only one free e-voucher may be redeemed per person per booking

22. Winners will need to keep their free flight voucher SMS as proof of qualification

23. Subject to receiving confirmation from the winners, the travel agency will contact them to finalize the booking and send them an e-ticket

24. It is the winner’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the travel agency within twelve hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable

25. All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Christmas day and New Year’s Day.

26. Each free flight application is limited to a single use. The right to a free flight is valid per person, booking and flight

27. Free flights voucher codes cannot be used in combination with each other to book one flight ticket

28. This promotional offer does not entitle the participant to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the participant may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested

29. All selected travel dates must be before 31st of March, 2026. The minimum stay is three calendar days. The maximum stay is 30 calendar days.

30. The travel agency and FABMISR do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of God, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the travel agency and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the travel agency reserves the right to withdraw this promotion and the customers will be notified through any communication method available to the bank and without offering compensation

31. The right of the winners and any person travelling with them to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. The travel agency and FABMISR are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier

32. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold

33. By participating in this campaign, the participant shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

34. Participants who have queries or complaints about the airline tickets may contact the travel agency by email at: [email protected] 

35. Participants who have queries or complaints about the credit card may contact FABMISR 24-hour Call Center at 16555 (inside Egypt) or (+202) 16555 (outside Egypt)

36. Winners acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the participant to lose the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by FABMISR and the travel agency

37. The travel agency and FABMISR reserve the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the participant’s compliance with these terms and conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means

38. Personal data captured during the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes

39. The bank is not responsible for providing any travel permits or any other travel paperwork

40. The travel portal is provided by a travel agency as a service provider and not owned by FABMISR. FABMISR is not liable or responsible for the use of the travel portal by the Participants nor the processing of any data or any flight bookings through the portal
