1. What does the campaign offer?
The campaign offers free flight vouchers for newly issued FABMISR Credit Cards between 19th of January 2025 till 18th of March 2025, upon fulfilling the campaign's terms and conditions.
2. How can I get the offer?
To be eligible for the free flight offer, you must:
· Have a new FABMISR Credit Card during the campaign period in any of the eligible card types
· Meet the minimum required spend amount within 60 days from the issuance date of the eligible card
3. What are the eligible card types, minimum spending amount and the number of free flight vouchers for each type?
Please refer to the following table:

Eligible spend is purchase transactions domestically or internationally including Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions (online). While, Cash withdrawal, ATM, deposits, reversed, declined, wallet loads, business and suspected of misuse transactions are excluded from the eligible spend
4. My credit card is either Mastercard/Visa Classic or Mastercard World Business. Are these cards eligible for the offer?
Mastercard/Visa Classic or Mastercard World Business credit cards are not eligible for the offer.
5. Can I win more than once during the campaign period?
Cardholders can only win once during the campaign period.
6. Can I use a different mobile number other than the one registered at the bank?
Cardholders should ensure their mobile numbers are updated at the bank’s records at all times.
7. If I win, when will I receive the voucher?
If you are entitled to the offer, you will receive a unique voucher code through on your registered mobile number at the bank within the first 15 days of the month following the end of the 60 days period required to meet the minimum eligible spending amount.
8. How can I use the voucher to book a flight?
· Upon receiving the voucher, winners shall logon to the relevant campaign travel portal using their unique voucher code as a log in code
· Winners must select their departure airport and choose three possible destination cities from the below list of destinations and select three possible travel dates (inbound and outbound). The request will be reviewed, and the company will contact you to confirm the chosen flight
· All selected travel dates must be before 31st of March, 2026. The minimum stay is three calendar days. The maximum stay is 30 calendar days
9. What do I need be aware of when my choosing travel dates?
· The earliest travel date a cardholder should select must be 45 days from the date of their application
· The proposed dates must be in different months and at least 30 days apart
10. When will I be contacted after submitting the application?
· The travel agency will validate the cardholder’s application against all submitted names and emails within 7 days and will send a link to the cardholders to complete their application.
· The cardholder will upload their passport/and/ or any necessary travel documents and a copy of their free flight voucher PDF (received via the SMS) within 48 hours. If not, voucher will not be valid for use.
· The travel agency will, within fourteen days after receiving cardholder’s documents, offer the cardholder a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the three travel dates chosen by the cardholder. The cardholder shall not be entitled to request a particular carrier, route, or other specific travel date. Participant should accept/reject the received offer within 48 hours
· Subject to receiving confirmation from the winners, the travel agency will contact them to finalize the booking and send them an e-ticket
· It is the winner’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the travel agency within twelve hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable
11. Which destinations can I travel to?
· The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures

12. Can I book a ticket for my partner or a friend?
Yes, you can add up to four additional passengers. The cardholder will be responsible for the additional cost of the companions, and this cost must be paid with a FABMISR Mastercard Credit Card.
13. What happens if I don't send the required documents after receiving the email from the travel agency?
Failure to provide the required documents and information according to the terms and conditions of this offer will result in the participant losing the right to a free flight ticket.
14. Can I make any changes to my flight after it is booked?
No changes or cancellations can be made to the booking once it has been confirmed.
15. Is there a specific duration to book my flight?
Voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, and all selected travel dates must be before 31st of March, 2026. The earliest travel date a customer can select is 45 days from the registration date.
16. Can I choose the airline?
The airline is determined based on available flights and cannot be chosen by the customer.
17. Can I give my free flight away to a friend?
No, vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
18. I have a Mastercard World Elite card and received two vouchers. Can I give it away to my partner?
No, the voucher is non-transferable. Each voucher is strictly for personal use of the cardholder. Both vouchers must be used by the cardholder according to the campaign terms.
19. Can I use the voucher to book more than one trip?
No, each voucher is valid for one free roundtrip per customer.
20. Can a supplementary cardholder win the free flight voucher?
Only primary cardholders are entitled to get the offer while supplementary cardholders are excluded. However, supplementary cardholders’ eligible spend is considered part of the primary cardholders’ eligible spend
21. What is the voucher validity?
The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. All flights (roundtrip) must be completed within 11 months from the date of voucher issuance. The earliest travel date a customer can select is 45 days from the registration date.
22. Can I combine multiple vouchers for one booking?
No, you cannot combine multiple vouchers. Each voucher can only be used once for a single booking.
23. Can I exchange my free flight for the value of the flight in cash?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the voucher. Voucher have no monetary value.
